Therapy for women and creatives navigating trauma, longing to return to their bodies, their creativity, and what’s possible.

The heart behind

SEVEN SEAS WELLNESS

The name Seven Seas reflects the vast, layered nature of healing — a nod to the shifting tides of inner transformation. Like the sea, this work holds space for depth, mystery, and movement. It invites presence, surrender, and the courage to face what lies beneath the surface.

Seven Seas Wellness was born in the fall of 2010, rooted in the vision of becoming a physical retreat space — a sanctuary for rest, creative renewal, and deep healing. While that dream continues to unfold, Seven Seas currently exists as a virtual practice and gathering space for women and creatives around the world — through one-on-one sessions, relational work, and immersive retreats.

With over 16 years of clinical experience, this work is shaped by a trauma-informed, somatic approach — attuned to the complexities of the body, the nervous system, and the untold layers of creative and relational wounds. Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), intuitive reflection, and a deep reverence for personal story, Seven Seas offers space to move slowly, to listen deeply, and to rediscover what has always lived within.

Meet the Founder

Talitha Bullock, LMHC, MA

Talitha Bullock is a licensed therapist, artist, and space-holder for women, couples, and creatives doing deep healing work. She’s spent over 16 years supporting people through trauma, disconnection, and the quiet desire to come home to themselves. Her approach is somatic, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing opens the door to creativity, clarity, and connection.

Your story can hold both what hurt and what’s still possible. The pain shaped you, but it doesn’t have to define what comes next.
